REVISED CONTENT!!
INFO & JUKE BOX UPDATED TO MAY 2012
Hi Hi Hi,
I thought it might be a good idea to REST THE CHARTS GALLERY & DAILY FACTS & RECORDS PAGES for a while. However, if you can't live without either of them, let me know and I will re-instate them.
New special features are the second part of ***ENCYCLOPEDIA OF HITS 1956-1964*** which looks at every record to make the full US or UK charts in that decade, and the third part of ***THE ROAD TO ROCK***- the first day-to-day look at the early 1950s music scene, which not only looks at the popular music scene of the time, but also at the rise of rock. As requested BOTH SHOULD NOW BE EASIER TO READ. I would really be most interested in hearing your thoughts on both these project.
Regular visitors will know that this site covers the music of the last 100 years, but concentrates on the great tracks and acts of the 1950s and 1960s.
